It is written to be understood by anyone, not only by lawyers.<\/p>\n<p>The data controller is <strong>Partizani Football Club (FK Partizani Tirana)<\/strong>, Rruga Zef Serembe, Tirana, Albania. The app and its services are known as Partizani Channel.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Do you need an account?<\/h2>\n<p>Not for everything. A large part of the app is open without an account: news, the photo gallery, the match calendar, Superliga standings, the squad and the academy.<\/p>\n<p>An account is required only for certain things, such as saving favourite videos, keeping your watch history, or content the club reserves for VIP members. Exactly which features require it is decided by the club and may change over time; the app tells you at the moment a feature asks for it.<\/p>\n<h2>2. What data we collect<\/h2>\n<h3>2.1. When you use the app without an account<\/h3>\n<p>Even without an account, our server records some technical data, because without it the app cannot work or be protected:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A <strong>device identifier<\/strong> generated by the app itself. It is not your phone&#8217;s serial number and it does not identify you as a person.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Platform type<\/strong> (Android or iOS), app version and the language you selected.<\/li>\n<li><strong>IP address<\/strong>, which is disclosed automatically whenever any device connects to any server. We use it for security and to limit abuse.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>last time<\/strong> the device connected to the server.<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>notification token<\/strong>, if you allowed notifications. See section 5.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2.2. When you create an account<\/h3>\n<p>The signup form asks for your <strong>name<\/strong> and <strong>email address<\/strong>. These are required, because without them the account cannot be created and we cannot help you recover access if you lose your password.<\/p>\n<p>Other fields are optional and the app lets you leave them blank:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>phone number<\/li>\n<li>date of birth<\/li>\n<li>city<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We use your date of birth for one thing only: so the club can send you a greeting on your birthday. We do not share it with anyone and we do not use it for advertising.<\/p>\n<p>You may also add a <strong>profile picture<\/strong> and a <strong>cover photo<\/strong>. You upload these yourself and can remove them whenever you like.<\/p>\n<p>The club also stores your <strong>supporter level<\/strong>, if you choose one, and your <strong>VIP status<\/strong> if you have one.<\/p>\n<h3>2.3. When you sign in with Google or Apple<\/h3>\n<p>If you choose to sign in with your <strong>Google<\/strong> account, Google returns your name, email address, profile picture and a Google account identifier. Nothing else. We never see or receive your Google password.<\/p>\n<p>If you choose <strong>Sign in with Apple<\/strong>, Apple returns an Apple account identifier and, only if you allow it, your name and email address. Apple also lets you hide your real email address and give us a relay address instead. If you do that, we only ever see the relay address. We never see or receive your Apple password.<\/p>\n<h3>2.4. Watch history<\/h3>\n<p>If you have an account, the app keeps track of what you watched and where you stopped, so you can continue from that point. This history is yours: you can view it and delete it from within the app, either a single item or all of it.<\/p>\n<h3>2.5. When you become a paying member<\/h3>\n<p>Subscriptions are not offered inside the iPhone and iPad app at this time. Where subscriptions are available, <strong>the payment never passes through our servers<\/strong>. Your card or account details are collected and held directly by the payment provider. We store only the fact that a payment was made, which plan was purchased, when it starts, when it ends, and a reference number so the transaction can be traced if something goes wrong.<\/p>\n<p>The possible providers are <strong>Google Play Billing<\/strong>, <strong>Stripe<\/strong>, <strong>Razorpay<\/strong> and <strong>SSLCommerz<\/strong>. Each has its own privacy policy, available on its own site. The app clearly tells you which one you are paying with before you confirm.<\/p>\n<h3>2.6. When you contact us<\/h3>\n<p>In the feedback and report form we store the message you send us, along with your name, email or phone if you fill them in, so that we can reply. We also store the platform and app version, because without those most technical problems cannot be solved.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Why we use this data<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>To maintain your account<\/strong> and give you what you asked for. Legal basis: performance of the relationship between you and the club.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To send notifications<\/strong> about matches, news and broadcasts. Legal basis: your consent, given when you allow notifications and withdrawn in your phone settings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To protect the app<\/strong> against abuse and unauthorised access. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To understand what is watched most<\/strong>, so we can improve the app. Legal basis: our legitimate interest, on aggregated data.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To process subscriptions and payments<\/strong>. Legal basis: performance of a contract and financial legal obligations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To show advertising<\/strong>, when the club has advertising switched on. Legal basis: your consent, given through the consent form and, on iPhone and iPad, through the tracking permission described in section 6.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To wish you a happy birthday<\/strong>. Legal basis: your consent, since the date of birth is given voluntarily.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not profile you. No algorithm decides anything affecting you without a human being involved.<\/p>\n<h2>4. What we do NOT do<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>We do not sell your data.<\/strong> Never, to anyone, at any price.<\/li>\n<li><strong>We do not rent it out.<\/strong> When advertising is switched on, the only thing used for advertising is your device&#8217;s advertising identifier, and only by Google AdMob so that it can show and measure ads. Nothing from your profile \u2014 your name, email address, phone number, photos or watch history \u2014 is ever shared for advertising.<\/li>\n<li><strong>We do not track your precise location.<\/strong> The app does not request GPS permission and does not know where you are.<\/li>\n<li><strong>We do not read your contacts, messages or photo library.<\/strong> From your gallery we receive only the picture you yourself choose when changing your avatar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>We do not store card details.<\/strong> They never reach us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Notifications<\/h2>\n<p>To deliver notifications we use <strong>Google&#8217;s Firebase Cloud Messaging<\/strong>. For this to work, your phone receives a token from Google and we store that token on our server. The token identifies which device a notification should reach, not who you are.<\/p>\n<p>You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone settings. Once you do, we have no way to send you anything.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Advertising and tracking<\/h2>\n<p>At the time this policy was written, <strong>advertising is switched off in the app<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If the club switches it on in future, it will use <strong>Google AdMob<\/strong>. In that case Google may use your phone&#8217;s <strong>advertising identifier<\/strong> to show and measure ads. That identifier is under your control in your Android or iOS settings, where you can reset it or disable it entirely.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On iPhone and iPad<\/strong>, before that identifier can be used this way, the app asks for your permission through Apple&#8217;s <strong>App Tracking Transparency<\/strong> prompt. If you say no, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised. You can change your answer at any time in <strong>Settings \u2192 Privacy &amp; Security \u2192 Tracking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In the European Union and the United Kingdom<\/strong>, you are additionally shown Google&#8217;s consent form before any personalised advertising takes place, and you can reopen it later from the app&#8217;s settings.<\/p>\n<p>Under Apple&#8217;s definitions, using the advertising identifier in this way counts as <strong>tracking<\/strong>, and displaying Google&#8217;s ads inside our app counts as <strong>third-party advertising<\/strong>. This is why the app&#8217;s App Store privacy label lists the device identifier and advertising data as used for tracking and for third-party advertising. It does <strong>not<\/strong> mean we hand over your account or your personal details \u2014 we do not, as stated in section 4.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VIP members do not see advertising<\/strong>, and no advertising identifier is used for them.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Where the content comes from<\/h2>\n<p>Part of what you see in the app comes from sources outside us. These sources <strong>give<\/strong> data to us; they do not take data from you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>partizani.al<\/strong>, the club&#8217;s official website, for news, the photo gallery, the squad and the academy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Highlightly<\/strong>, for the match calendar, results, standings and statistics.<\/li>\n<li><strong>TheSportsDB<\/strong>, as a backup source when the first one has an outage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When you play a video, the request goes to the server holding that video, and that server sees your IP address, exactly as any website you open does. This is part of how the internet works, not something we do deliberately.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Who we share data with<\/h2>\n<p>Only with those without whom the service would not function, and only as much as they need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Google (Firebase)<\/strong>, for notifications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google (AdMob)<\/strong>, for advertising, when advertising is switched on.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google<\/strong>, if you sign in with a Google account.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Apple<\/strong>, if you use Sign in with Apple.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The payment provider you choose<\/strong>, if you buy a subscription.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Our hosting company<\/strong>, which maintains the infrastructure where the data is stored.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Beyond these, we disclose data only where an authority requests it on a lawful basis, or where it is necessary to protect the rights and safety of people.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Where data is stored and for how long<\/h2>\n<p>Data is stored on servers <strong>within the European Union<\/strong>, specifically in Germany.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the services we use, such as Google and Apple, are international companies and may process data outside the EU, using the legal mechanisms provided for such transfers.<\/p>\n<p>As for retention:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your <strong>account<\/strong> is kept for as long as you keep it open.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Devices and notification tokens<\/strong> are deleted once they become invalid.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Watch history<\/strong> is kept until you delete it or close your account.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payment records<\/strong> are kept for as long as the law requires financial records to be kept.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Feedback and reports<\/strong> are kept until the matter is closed and for a reasonable period afterwards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>10. Deleting your account<\/h2>\n<p>You delete your account yourself, from inside the app, in your profile settings. You do not need to write to us.<\/p>\n<p>When you delete it:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The account closes immediately and every open session ends at that moment.<\/li>\n<li>Your devices are disconnected and no longer receive personalised notifications.<\/li>\n<li>The account stays hidden for <strong>30 days<\/strong>. Within that window you restore it simply by signing in again with the same email.<\/li>\n<li>After 30 days it is <strong>permanently erased<\/strong> and cannot be recovered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We keep this window because account deletion is often done in haste or by mistake, and it would be unfair to leave no way back.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Your rights<\/h2>\n<p>You have the right:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To know what data we hold about you.<\/li>\n<li>To receive a copy of it.<\/li>\n<li>To correct anything inaccurate. Most of it you can change yourself in your profile.<\/li>\n<li>To delete your account and your data.<\/li>\n<li>To withdraw consent at any time, for example by turning off notifications or by changing your tracking permission.<\/li>\n<li>To object to processing based on our legitimate interest.<\/li>\n<li>To complain to the supervisory authority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To exercise these rights, write to us at <a href=\"mailto:info@fcp.al\">info@fcp.al<\/a>. We reply within 30 days.<\/p>\n<p>In Albania, the supervisory authority is the <strong>Information and Data Protection Commissioner<\/strong> (idp.al). If you are in the European Union, you may contact the authority of the country where you live.<\/p>\n<h2>12. Children<\/h2>\n<p>The app is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you learn that a child under that age has created an account, write to us at <a href=\"mailto:info@fcp.al\">info@fcp.al<\/a> and we will delete it.<\/p>\n<h2>13. Security<\/h2>\n<p>The connection between the app and the server is encrypted. Passwords are stored hashed, in a form that cannot be reversed, so not even we can read them. Access to the administration panel is restricted and every significant action is logged.<\/p>\n<p>No system is unbreakable and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach occurs that puts you at risk, we will notify you and the authority, as the law requires.<\/p>\n<h2>14. Changes to this policy<\/h2>\n<p>When we change something, we update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we notify you inside the app before it takes effect.<\/p>\n<h2>15.
